Because the memory controller is integrated into the
processor, it will overclock as well on that board,
as on many others. All it really needs is a stable
Vcore supply, with enough output current for any
overclock.
A user manual for K8MM3-V, which I assume is the model number.

Set memory timing mode to manual. Change Memclock index from
200Mhz to 166MHz. Assuming you have DDR400 RAM, doing that leaves
room for the memory clock to rise, when the FSB rises. There
is now room for a 200/166 = 1.2x or 20% overclock, before the
DRAM clock has again risen high enough to exceed the specs on
a DDR400 memory. The other memory timings can remain on Auto,
so you don't have to work out any values.
The "LDT Bus Frequency" in the manual, lists 200, 400, 600,
and 800 values. 800 is the max and is equal to 200 x 4 (i.e.
FSB clock with a multiplier of 4. If you drop the multiplier
to 3x, by selecting 600, then there is room to lift the FSB clock
by up to 800/600 = 1.33x or a 33% overclock. For example, if
the processor clock was lifted from 200Mhz to 250MHz, the
"LDT Bus" (Hypertransport connection to the chipset) becomes
750MHz, which is less than the 800MHz limit.
Once you've adjusted the Memory divider, such that the memory
clock is reduced, and the LDT multiplier, such that the HT
bus is reduced, now you can try raising the CPU clock.
OK, now I look for the CPU clock setting and...
WTF ? There is no setting for the CPU clock.
All that overclock planning for nothing.
There is no Vcore setting either.
And the word "overclock" isn't even in the manual!
To answer your original question:

Which is why, you always download the manual and check that the
necessary settings are there first. I never buy a motherboard,
without first examining the manual. And if the BIOS screens are
not shown in the manual, I don't buy one.

There is a program that can adjust the clock, but the
thing is, this program must have a custom driver for
each clock generator chip used on the motherboards.
And there are thousands of part numbers for those
chips (a company called ICS made many of them).
For people who own Nvidia chipset motherboards,
Clockgen is able to program the clock for them,
as the clock in that case seems to be generated
in the chipset somehow. But other chipset brands
rely on external clock generator chips.
You can try playing with this, but the odds this
would work are slim. You can give it a try anyway
and see what happens.
