After burning music CD's using Windows Media Player on my Windows XP
computer, they won't play on my home CD player or in my cars, but they
will play on my computer.
What am I doing wrong? |

Wrong file format possibly, here's a good explanation,
http://www.askdavetaylor.com/windows_media_player_cds_dont_play_in_my_car.html
I use Nero for burning CD's, I have had disc that will record and play perfectlyon another machine and yet refuses to even make a 'sqweek' on some other player.
If you are after some software... there might be some 'freebies' if you look at 'Computer help Desk' under Reference links.

Davy is right on this one, you havent put them in the right format, nero does it all for you and costs less than a fiver now _________________ -------------------------

| Nero works well but I have switched to using WINAMP. It is easier for me with more options. And it may already be installed on your PC. |
