Hi

My problem:

Sampling at nearly 5 images/seconde a place where
students leave their schoolbag to avoid stealing.

On a mouvement detection:

1- Recording every images at the same rate of the
hard disk until 5 secondes after the last mouvement occurs.

2- Managing record (Keeping the 7 last day of recording).

3- Being able to review recording easily

I need to use a WIFI Webcam.

I'm a Delphi programmer but if an application already
exists that does nearly the same it's ok.

If not I'll have to program the thing by myself in Delphi.
What webcam can I buy ?
How will I capture images under Delphi ? (ActiveX, TWAIN, Web Server
etc.)
