what is Next Day delivery..............we pay handsomely for it but at times
we consider it 'worth the cost'

I wanted a few new parts for my comp build and selected a well known UK
company who listed all the parts as In Stock showing around 10 items each.
So this I considered a safe bet.

On Monday I filled the shopping basket and paid £9.50 next day
delivery............there were in fact only 2 choices, next day or Saturday.

During Monday using the suppliers online order monitor the items did not
move from 'In the warehouse queue'. Tuesday came and I monitored them again
and they still did not move. A phone call to the sales team revealed they
were too busy on Vista back orders to get anything else out the door, but
they would ensure my parts would leave yesterday and arrive today. I
monitored their movement again and at 3pm they had now moved to 'at print in
warehouse'.....great. By 5pm they had moved back to 'In the warehouse
queue'.

The funds had been drawn from my account on Monday.

So what is considered Next Day and should we pay for it as such. I know that
once its sent it will arrive Next Day but should we consider this the same
service.

It will be delivered the next day after it has been shipped.
