Dang, I didn't even realize they were still around. The last two Plextor
drives I bought were around $80 and both died within 2 months. I replaced
them with $39 Pioneers that still burn to this day so I'm not really
surprised, especially after reading about all the folks who shared my
Plextor experience.

I must be the odd man out. My experience with Plextor is just the
opposite. One burner each, CD & DVD.
