I am looking for extreme low budget upgrade suggestions for an AMD based
upgrade.

If it were mine and I was upgrading it for my use, no problem, but as this is a
low end upgrade NO games, mostly internet, quickbooks, photos from digital cam,
word processing etc.. As well as it being a very TIGHT budget to do this.

Suggestions on low cost, reliable all in one type motherboards or at min. should
have LAN & audio on board.

I plan on salvaging their ATX case, floppy, keyboard, mouse, monitor, CD-ROM,
hard disk (complete wipe & reinstall) the rest is ancient and useless.

So if you got a real good budget board you like I would like to hear about it.
The last few I built have all been at the way top end, over the budget for the
MB alone.

MB ~ $100.00 or less AMD based

Thanks in advance.

The ECS K7S5A will set you back $40 and has USB 2.0 ports, onboard LAN and
audio. Pretty quick mobo in my opinion.

Good luck

I second the ECS boards for stable, budget systems.
