Could anyone tell me how to do this?

I've been tasked with helping inventory our network. They want to
catalog which router port corresponds to which physical interface on
the server. For instance, I have a v240 with all 4 onboard bge
interfaces in use as well as a ce interface in pci slot 1 (slots 0 and
2 are empty). I can't do a manual cable trace because each ethernet
cable is a custom run cable that goes over and around racks, walls,
cielings and such... ugh...

Could anyone help me out or point me to some docs?
