My HP ScanJet 3400C spontaneously starts scanning from time to time. I have not been able to relate the scanning with any other application being open. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling (using CD), but the only thing that seems to work is to disconnect it from the USB or power. It seems to work fine otherwise, creating Adobe documents, manually scanning to printer, etc. Any ideas out there?
