I bought a new MP8708 2 weeks ago. THe dvd drive was not working on the second day. So I reinstalled the whole system. It worked till the day before yesterday. So I went to the store and changed the notebook. Now I have a new one (same model) and the F......... DVD drive is not working again. I tried to download new driver but have not found one.
Please, i need help.

What do you mean when you say it doesn't work? Are you trying to read
damaged discs or burn low quality media?
