When the obvious doesn't work, try the domain from where the company originates:
http://www.accusys.com.tw/eng/products_legacy.asp
No manual for the 8610 but I suspect that the 8910 is not that different. |

How different can it be.
And if the 89 series is newer/different, try one from the 86 series.

And how exactly will the manual make a difference there?

Or it just means "invalid NVRAM". As in 'defective'.
You should not be able to configure it wrong.
The invalid NVRAM means that some control values
outside of the setup parameter area are wrong.
If there is a software fix Accusys should be able to tell you.
However, given my own problems with -and research on-
"invalid NVRAM" with Symbios SCSI HBAs I wouldn't
be at all surprised if you have to send it in for repair.
(A Tekram BIOS flash utility changed NVRAM contents and
from there on the Symbios bios rejected it, causing a hang.
I had to physically remove the chip to get it going again. (Of
course, without the chip it defaulted to BIOS default values)).
