I'm looking for a cheap and easy way to band a bunch of
slim jewel cases together for multiple TV show episode
sets. Typically I may have from 4 to 10 slim jewel cases
per show that I want to group together for storage.

The "large rubber band" solution is easiest, but the rubber
band takes up space and messes up storing large numbers
of sets in cartons. I'm thinking of some kind of
paper banding solution but googling mostly gets
me large industrial paper strapping equipment.

Is anyone using paper tape or paper bands to
group jewel cases? Any ideas?

Compusa has "slim type" jewell cases that hold 10 CDs

& ones that hold 4 CDs. It's not bundling, but does
work for me even if a bit added cost; the worthwhileness would be
depending on how many TV shows you have.

If you only have 1 show episode per disc, then combining some
episodes into 1 CD would help.

Check out Sleeve City and see if they have what you are looking for.

Try cutting top and bottom off zip lock poly bag of appropriate size. This
makes a belt you can slip around cases.

I'm sorry to say that I haven't been able to find the 10-CD case at my
local CompUSA stores recently--just when I needed more of them. They
have cut back drastically on the variety of CD storage devices lately. I
really miss the 2-CD slim cases that are the same thickness as the
original single case, although they are still available from some online
places.

These Univenture UniKeep™ Disc 10 work well for me;

If you live in one of the cities that has a Micro Center Computers, they
stock a slightly different version. I'd like to find a place that stocks
dual *jewel* cases (so I can include an insert). Best Buy shows them on
their web site (made by Fellows) but stubbornly does not have them in local
stores.

Try Neato. Their web site is www.neato.com or call (800) 984-9800

I having been buying full-size and double-CD jewel cases exclusively from
them for 5 years or so. They are very nice to deal with, and have good
prices. Also, ask about their virtual coupon. I get their e-newsletter
(once a week or less) and it always has a 20% off virtual coupon.
