I am new to setting up a home server and needing help with set up.
I have xammp installed and can read from it localy. I am needing help in setting it up to where it will be available on the www. If anyone would be nice enough to help me set everything up so that this can be done I would greatly appreciate it. I am gussing that this is going to deal with port forwarding and dns set up as well as opening ports, setting firewall ect. I have done alot of reading on these things and still am not able to get everything set upt the right way. I am on comcast business with an SMC 8014 router (gateway) |
