I have an Nf7 v2.0 and have been running my RAM @ 2-3-2-11 (CPC off) and
209Mhz. The RAM passes memtest, but I've heard most nforce1 and nforce2
boards can't do CAS 2.0 at anything above 204Mhz. I'm worried about hard
drive corruption. Should I be worried?

I certainly had occasional BSODs with CAS 2.0 at 400Mhz (Nf7-S v2.0)) but no
problem at all at CAS 2.5, this change was mentioned by the memory
manufacturer (Corsair) for nForce 2 boards and worked for me.

Thanks Mike, I'll leave it at 2.5 then.
