I am working on a Flexatstc Bro Essential 700c. When I turn it on it powers
up, but thats it...no post, no beeps, no video;nothing, it does nothing
else. I inserted a different memory chip and removed the battery overnight.
I wanted to install a PCI video card, but the card was too large height wise
to fit. Is there a smaller PCI video card that would fit the Flex case.
This pc has a USB mouse and keyboard. I am at a total loss for trouble
shooting; any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Those motherboards are notorious for bad capacitors. Check to see if any of
the electrolytic capacitors are bulging or leaking. The power supplies in
those machines fail quite often too.
