I have two computers on a 4 port (wired) router through a cable modem. The Presario 6420 will not maintain broadband connection if left idle, and sometimes even while surfing. The other system, a homebuilt, never loses connection through the same network.
Any suggestions? |

Check your power settings. Many times network cards are set to sleep when
not used for a time.
