Hi,
i get errors like "Device parity error"
Is this a bus or a data error?

Bus, obviously. No data uses parity.

detected a parity error, and it could be caused by any of the typical
problems on a SCSI bus. Bad cabling, bad terminator, bad termination power,
bad device, bad host adapter, all of the above..

Thanks a lot for your answers!

The crazy thing is, that die error occurs from time to time: one/two
days repeatedly and than nothings for months. Do you think it will
help to reconnect all plugs on the bus/device?
