I own a Dell Dimension 4400 that sports only 32 bit PCI slots and would like
to install a 3ware 95002-4LP adapter, that is a 64 bit one.
Apart from performance waist, would like to know if it will work or not...

I don't know about waist performance but yes it will work. In fact, I
had to put our first 8506 card in a 32 bit slot in order to have it work
at all, before 3Ware replaced the card with one that had a noise
suppression circuit in it. |

Yes! I can confirm! The 64 bit dude, even if "underpowered" is ROCKING in a
common 32 bit PCI slot! |
