| When i went start my laptop I got error message "error loading explorer.exe" reinstall windows. Then another message came up "required dll "shlwapi.dll was not found. I don't have my windows 98 disk I do have a startup disk. I can't copy these files from dos because the files can't open and not enough memory to run explorer application. can anyone help as to fixing this mess. thank you in advance. |
