I want to use a Diamond SUP 2720 modem in a Windows 98SE computer. However
there does not seem to be any drivers for that on the Diamond site.
I had this thing going on a Win 2000 computer and it played well.
Anyone have a suggestion for a driver that will work here?
Thanks for any help given,,,Eskay..

If the 2720 is a Rockwell/Conexant chipped ISA modem, then you don't
need a driver, only an INF file. Try an INF for a modem with a similar
chipset. Otherwise post the chip part numbers here and someone will be
able to help you.

There is one chip covered with a paper label that says LT2080
SupraExpress 56i Sp
Driverguide mentions a driver for that but I have not tried it yet.
Will give it another shot on Saturday.,,,Eskay.

Have you tried the Win2K driver? The INF file has a comment about fixing
W98 bugs.
