Hi, I'm looking for a high resolution webcam, but the best I can find
is 640x480. =\ Are there any high-end cameras that can support video
at 800x600 or above?

MS LifeCam VX6000 does 1280x1024

Isn't that purely software interpolation? Stiil, that's what may be needed.

I was going to suggest the Axis 206M network camera at

http://www.axis.com/products/cam_206m/index.htm which can do 1280x1024 , but
it has just been discontinued and the replacement hasn't been lauched yet.
It also costs about UKP300.

Would this one be suitable for small group video conferencing over a
2Mbps leased line, one at each end?
