Hey...
I recently (yesterday in fact) purchased a new laptop (a Toshiba Satillite A100-0FH). Apparently, its a brand new design, and after looking for several months at my options, and checking ratings at god knows how many review sites, and hearing some good reviews about Tosh products, I picked this model out.

Now, I find out about abrupt shutoffs, hardware failures, horrid CSR's and class action lawsuits and I'm more than a little nervous. I just dropped $1750 on this (got a software and an HP all-in-one printer bundle, as well as the 3 year PS plan extension @ Future Shop), and Im wondering if I should run back and return it! If I do (have 14 days to return), what would be a decent replacement? |
