Does somebody tried these utilities? Did they work for you?
These utilities should save some power and cool the system by
disconnecting the bus when CPU is idle and are specific for nForce2
chipset but my system crashes when I try to use them. Any suggestion?

Thanks.

Alessandro.

Yes, but they were not very enlightening.

s2kctl:

http://www.stargaz0r.nm.ru/

c2ngo:

http://www.aoaforums.com/forum/epox-motherboards/26872-nforce-2-cool-patch-it-works.html

Unfortunately http://www.newgenerationorder.org/C2NGO.zip is no more
available. You can download a copy following the link posted in this forum:

Here you can find a place where c2ngo was announced and some hints of
why it disappeared:

I also found something about s2k c2 disconnect on

http://www.motherboardfaqs.com/epox/epox_bios.htm (search for "c1/c2
diconnect") but I can't understand if it is supported or not on my system.
