Hi,

I use a USR 56K Message external modem to receive all of my Faxes.

Sometimes (once a day approximately) the modem got only one LED on : CS led,
and when it happens when I try to dial the fax line number from another
phone, the line is busy.

As a result, I can't get new faxes unless I power down, wait 10 seconds,
power on the modem.

It is very annoying because when it happens during a week-end or during
night, I can't receive any fax.

I've done all the upgrade to V92 and on PhoneTool and Control Center.
Is there something I should check before or some parameters I should modify
to be more compatible ?

The modem is plug onto a french standard phone line, dedicated to fax.
