When you open an excel doc and save it any where, it hangs up. Event ID 1002
- Hanging application excel.exe. file name: faultrep.dll. It's doing the same
thing with Word, it hangs up when you save it.

PS If you have a problem, you fix the problem first as an attempt to upgrade
will rarely fix a problem unless it is specifically to cure a bug, & this is
not a bug
