|

Hello.
Does anyone have an idea why I have been getting a BSOD referencing
the following file int he error msg - Win32K.sys?
I gotten the BSOD about 6 times in the last week.
I'm running Win XP Pro. I haven't be doing anything special when it
happens - just surfing. I have the integrated wireless networking.
Notthing new has been installed lately.
Thanks

I don't see anything regarding lockups or win32k.sys.
I'm thinking maybe I should update my BIOS. I running version 41.01.04
and version 42.xxx is available from gateway.

It is down at the bottom of the page, and it references a blue screen that
that file generates.

What was the error code given? Do a Google search of the newsgroups and
you'll come up with a few suggested fixes depending on the error code.
