I purchased a Gateway 500XL in October 2002. Since I have purchased the
computer I have never been able to get the Studio 8 software to work right
or get the DVD RAM to work right. Just wondering if anyone else has had the
same problems and if they fixed them. I gave up on Gateway tech support
months ago.

You might get more response if you offered specifics about the problems
you're having. Error messages, etc.? "Not working right" isn't much to go
on...
