We have one of the original Gateway Profiles. It has a 6gig hard drive.
Does anyone know if this can be upgraded?

Yes, it can be. I upgraded mine to 20GB before I got rid of it.

If you don't mind where did you get it? Is it a 9mm or 8?

It was 9.5mm and I got that one off eBay.
