has anyone had trouble updating the processor speed?
i have tried the new revision 7502621 but it still reverts to 266 mhz when
i know the processor is 400.

A 400 MHz CPU requires a 100 MHz bus. Your board will not support that, so
the CPU runs at four times the fastest bus speed it does support, or 266
MHz.
