|
|
I have a 700X system, running WinXP Home. I have several user accounts, and
when one user account is loaded (it is an administrative account), the
keyboard does not work. Everything is normal in the hardware device
manager, even when in that particular account, but the keyboard is
unresponsive in any application.
Does anyone have a clue as to what is going on? I'm not aware of any new
hardware or software that would affect only one account.
Thanks in advance for any insight you may have.

Might want to check the Microsoft knowledge base. There are loads of
problems like this with fast user switching and losing keyboards, mice, etc.
