Can anyone recommend a good Data Backup software. I was using Powerquest
DataKeeper 5 and found that it was causing my computer from being able
to hibernate. Talked with PowerQuest and since they are bought out by
Symentec they have no plans on fixing the problem and are not sure what
part of Powerquest (Partition Magic Drive Copy, Data keeper) will be
keep by Symentec.

Thanks,
Ron

Hi Ron -
I use NTI Back-up NOW; The url for the site is:
http://www.ntius.com/default.asp

It backsup to CD, and as nearly as I can ascertain is very reliable.
If you don't have to span more than one CD (unfortunately I do, altho
I might just make each job one CD long) it can be fully automated via
its scheduler.

I find, also, that the CD/DVD maker from the same company is very
reliable and fast. IN addition, its "File CD" is much better IMHO
than Direct CD from Roxio.

HTH,
Shyrl
