I ordered 4 512 MB PC2100 DIMMs on Oct. 28 (about ten days ago) and just
called them this morning. They said the order would ship today. Pretty
disappointing as there was no indication that these weren't in stock before
or after I ordered them. We'll see if they really do ship today.

Has anyone else done business with this company? Care to share your
experiences?

Thanks,

Dave

My mistake, Nov. 28. The company, surprise, is Computer Surplus Outlet,
www.computersurplusoutlet.com. How silly of me! smile

If you could read subjects, you MIGHT be able to figure it out. Then again,
if you don't know how to spell "you're", you might not.

Hey jeff thanks for the spelling critique, but i hate to tell ya but choosing spell checker in a NG is not the greatest career
choice.
'Computer Surplus Outlet' could mean just about anything, pretty general vague name for a company no wonder they suck, as much
as you.

Then how do you know it's a company? Or are you just admitting that you
tried to slam someone without reading the subject, and taking a second crack
at making fun of something is your attempt at an apology?

Yeah, I know. But if CSO comes through, at $66.26 per unit shipped, I'll be
saving $52.73 per stick or nearly $211 over Crucial. So, maybe I shouldn't
be complaining! :)

The memory you ordered from CSO was registered ECC RAM?

no apology, specially to you, the actual name was so vague and in the subject, that I thought it was a generalization and the
name of the company would have come in the body....STFU

Uh huh, whatever you say Einstein. Just about everyone uses the term
"Computer Surplus Outlet" to mean "some generic store that I'm not going to
name, just to be difficult."
