Have you tried starting in safe mode then removing it?

If this is the case, you didn't follow my advice to reinstall the program
into the *same* directory. Otherwise, you're just talking about two entries
within the "Add/Remove Programs" applet and that's no big problem since
these entries can be removed easily. However, note that removing an
(invalid) entry does *not* uninstall that particular program. See also
"Removing Invalid Entries in the Add/Remove Programs Tool"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310750/en-us

The uninstall routine is always provided by the software during its
installation. The "Add/Remove Programs" tool is just the platform
launching that routine. If the uninstall process fails, this is not
a Windows issue and therefore, you may want to contact the software
manufacurer's tech support. Good luck.

can someone help me plz

Not really since this is not a Windows issue. Reinstall that program into
the same directory and see if you can remove that program afterwards.
