My PC powers ON when telephone Rings. Any advice on the Bios setting to
configure to stop that?

The BIOS setting is called Wake on Ring or Wake on Lan.

In Windows Device Manager, goto the modem device properties, select the
power management tab, uncheck the box next to 'allow this device to
bring the computer out of standby'.
