I have a file that end's with ".bin" I belive this is an image of an cd but
nero dont suport it
with Program can I use.

Nero supports the companion .cue to the .bin. If there's no .cue, have
CDmage generate it:
http://cdmage.cjb.net

[File, Open], "Raw Image" file type, point to the .bin, then click
"Detect" button in Track detection options window.
