Has anyone tried to run both SATA and PATA (IDE) hard drives at the same
time on an ECS NFORCE4-A939 motherboard?

That's what I have - 1x160GB PATA, 1x300GB PATA, 1x160 SATA.

I don't *think* it's causing a problem, but I don't know for sure - I'm
trying to trace down some lockups and an inability to shutdown/reboot.
