I have two sticks of Crucial (2x512 pc3200) running fine on my machine at
their stock 400mhz settings. My machine fails to see the Simpletech sticks
if I swap them out. They run fine on my other board, but not the Aopen. Is
there some blatent conflict with the simpletech sticks? They actually have
a 2.5 cas versus the Crucials 3.0. And, when the simpletech sticks are in,
the machine loads, but reports only 256 no matter what order, amount etc...
its always the same.

I ask as If the opportunity comes up to purchase these (simpletech) again
for dirt cheap, should I try again?

Thanks group,
SL

p.s. All in all, this board is reliable and stable.
